Shipping policy
Winter weather delays...
Please be advised, we are based in Central Texas and when we encounter winter weather, icy roads mainly, it may delay shipping times. We will do our best to get your items to you as quickly as is possible.
Is store pickup available for online orders?
Yes! You are able to select store pickup and choose your location. We will contact you as soon as it is ready for pickup.
Where do you guys ship from?
We are a small business based out of Austin, Texas with locations in Westlake and Round Rock. Your order is fulfilled from our brick + mortar shop located in Round Rock and is mailed from the USPS facility nearby.
How much is shipping for my order?
Shipping is calculated based on weight, including packaging materials that are up to USPS standards.
What is your store's exchange, refund, or return policy?
Please make note of our full Refund Policy before removing tags, discarding packaging, and trying items on.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days after the order has been placed. Orders should arrive 3-5 business days after items have been shipped.
- Items with low stock or out of stock will impact shipment.
- Please remember that carriers do not count Sunday or Holidays as delivery days.
- Please plan ahead so that your shipment arrives to you on time. We are not responsible for delays in shipping.
- Please make sure your shipping information is correct during check out. We will not refund or replace items because they are sent to the wrong address.

Do you guys ship internationally?
At this time we are not currently shipping outside of the U.S.
What if my order was lost/never delivered/etc.?
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over packages once we drop them off at the post office. If you have any questions about your order after it has shipped, please contact your local post office.
Do you refund or pay for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please note the tracking number if applicable. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
